This remote valley is covered by remains from the lead and zinc mining industry of the North Pennines. An opportunity to visit the extensive underground workings in the Smallcleugh and Caplecleugh Mines. Otherwise there is plenty of walking and cycling. :- (Descent using Single Rope Technique)
