Consisting of two adjoining cottages, outbuildings and a car park next to the Crown Hotel at Horton-in-Ribblesdale our Dales headquarters offer comfortable low cost accommodation in the heart of the Three Peaks caving area. 

RIVERSIDE COTTAGE is a self contained unit sleeping seven and is ideal for a family or small group.

Included are a fully equipped kitchenette, shower and open coal fire to supplement the oil fired central heating.

Riverside cottage is available for use by members and their guests and must be booked in advance via the Cottage Warden.  

 IVY COTTAGE provides hostel-style accommodation and has recently been refurbished to a high standard with a large well equipped kitchen, lounge, dinning room, shower room and two dormitories; providing 28 bunk style places. The property has oil fired central heating throughout. Ivy cottage may be used at any time by members and their guests. Pre-booking is not required.

BRIDGEND is located across the road adjacent to the river and accommodates a caver’s changing room, shower room, drying facilities and tackle stores.

The cottages provide a focus for our Dales caving, walking and cycling activities as well as many social events. Occupied most weekends throughout the year many caving and digging trips start from the cottages on Saturday or Sunday mornings.
